We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our ambitious growth. If you are passionate about talent sourcing, providing a seamless candidate experience, and driving recruitment success, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Headhunting & Sourcing:
- Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Drafting Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right talent.
Ensuring a Perfect Candidate Experience:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process with clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful approach.
Addressing Hiring Managers' Manpower Needs:
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring to meet operational goals.
Performing Background Checks:
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity and reliability of candidates.
Conducting Job Interviews, Hiring Assessments, and Negotiating Job Offers:
- Lead interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with insightful recommendations and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Negotiate job offers, ensuring a fair and competitive package for both the company and the candidate.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
Experience in conducting background checks and managing the interview and hiring process.
